Manufacture of pressure vessels
Pressure vessels are watertight vessels designed to contain gases or liquids at pressure levels above ambient pressure. They are tanks that require extensive engineering knowledge for their design, development and subsequent installation.
Some of the most frequent uses that are applied in this type of tanks are steam boilers, tanks for storing gases, storage of liquefied gases, storage of fuels, chemical products, etc.
The aforementioned pressure difference requires great care in the design, manufacture and installation of this type of tank. This is why, at Depósitos Villarrobledo, we manufacture pressure tanks following the most demanding engineering standards. We comply with all applicable regulations regarding design, quality and safety.

Funds of tanks and cisterns
We manufacture tank and tank bottoms of the Korbbogen, Klopper, low pressure, flat bottom, conical and elliptical models. Consult appropriate dimensions for your jobs.
We use various materials and alloys: Carbon Steels (S235JR, S275JR, S355 and A516), Stainless Steels (AISI 304, 316L and duplex) in their various finishes, Aluminum (5000 and 7000 series), any material consult. Bench welds. Backgrounds can be polished to any finish. It can be beveled to interior and exterior backgrounds.
We produce boiler bottom figures according to standards: Klopper (DIN 28011 M, UNE 9201), Korbbogen (DIN 28013), ASME, flat profile with round and square flange, conical profile, inverted. Bottom diameters range from 750 to 6000 mm. and initial thicknesses of up to 25 mm. in iron and 15mm. in stainless steel. in stainless steel, although special dimensions can be studied.
Likewise, we carry out all kinds of semiautomatic bench welding, initial disc cuts and concentric perforations on the different figures of finished bottoms.

Numerical Control Folding
CNC bending is a technique that allows us to bend metal sheets, being able to carry out repetition of work with precision and with the reduction of possible errors. Since our technologies allow us to visualize, before the elaboration of the product, the final result thanks to the use of 3D CAD.
With this preview and forecast of what the final result will be like, we manage to reduce costs and advance the production procedure, since it is not necessary to carry out a testing phase. Therefore, we manage to reduce the necessary investment in the manufacture of the piece, offering a final product that meets all the guarantees and requirements.
Carrying out the CNC bending implies exerting pressure on the flat metal plate, a fact that results in the different angles at which we can make the bending.
Keep in mind that depending on the angle required for folding, it is necessary to exert more or less pressure. And it is based on this, that the sheet may or may not suffer wear, as well as stresses that act on the inner and outer face of the folded sheet. The pressure exerted will permanently deform the outer part of the sheet, while the inner part will return to its initial shape.

Fiber Laser (4000×2000 table)
The fiber laser has already become an essential in the cutting sector. It is a type of solid state laser used by pioneering machining companies to cut metal with high precision, speed, respect for the environment and energy savings. This type of laser is more cost-effective than CO2 (and does not emit gases), and produces a very smooth cut, suitable for any metal.
In the fiber laser the amplifying medium of the light beam is an optical fiber doped with rare earths such as erbium, neodymium, ytterbium, diprosium, holmium, praseodymium and thulium. One or more laser diodes are used for pumping, so most fiber lasers are pumped diode lasers.
